MONTGOMERY, AL- A study conducted at Alabama State University concluded that not only do flashlights work in the dark, but in the light too. Just not very well.

"I've only used flashlights when it's dark outside or the power goes out at night," Said Dr. Tracy Hanks. "Now that I know they work in the light, I'll be using them more often! Even though they won't work very well."

The University is funding a campaign to get the word out about how flashlights work in the light of day too, just not very well. They're selling flashlights specifically for daytime, they work better when it's dark though.

The results are still inconclusive on the reason why the sun does not come out in the night, when we need it the most.
