Man Plants Trees Around Town To Catch Kites, Then Gives Them to People Who Actually Need Them

WASHINGTON, DC-He has been called "Robin Hood" by locals-a man who steals kites and gives them to people who actually need them. He has over 400 trees planted in the city, and each tree averages 2 kites a week. It's estimated he's caught 65 million kites and given them to people who actually need them this year alone.

"I got started doing this when I realized there were so many people who actually needed kites and didn't have one. I knew there had to be something I could do to make a difference."
