LITTLE ROCK, AK- After weeks of litter removal, the city was finally able to remove all 46,000 lbs of litter put on the roads last year. But who was responsible? It’s the same every year- One person dumps an enormous amount of litter on the city roads, and the city has to clean it up-usually, never catching the person responsible. Until now. “Every year we look for the person who put all the litter on the roads. This is the first year we actually caught the guy.” The individual responsible decided to step forward and admitted to putting all 46,000 lbs of litter on the roads last year.

“It makes sense it was one person-not everyone is going around littering. The people of this city are not monsters,” said the mayor in an interview after the litter was removed. “Our next project is finding the person who stole 1.3 million dollars of merchandise from our stores and businesses last year.”
