Breaking: Woman Arrested for Also Seeing Fish, Birds While Whale Watching

DENVER, CO-Late this afternoon Angela Nelson, 34, was arrested and taken into custody after she saw fish and birds while whale watching.

"I honestly couldn't believe it at first" said Lexy, the woman who notified the authorities about Angela. "I was sitting enjoying whale watching when I looked over and saw her looking up at the sky. She was bird watching? I thought to myself, that's not part of the whale watching package we paid for."

Authorities have reached out to the bird watching company and Angela will be released from jail once they receive payment from her, for the bird watching.
